Managing a successful group requires more than just buses.

Group Management Process

It all starts with a Discovery meeting so we can listen, learn, and identify your needs for your guests. Once we know this, our team will start working on a logistics and costing plan to comply with your budget. A

Discovery meeting or call with our Event Manager to discover your needs and pain points from previous events.

Logistics meeting. The Event Manager will walk through the logistics plan, options, and costing to ensure we are on the same page from manifest management to final billing.

Manifest updates and changes. As you submt modifications to your manifest, we will update in real time and supply and update the Master Manifest for your review.

On-site support. We will have an Event Manager on-site that will be the leader for your group. He will manage the greet staff, manifest and guests and provide real-time communication with you and your staff.

Logistics planning. After the Introductory call we will provide you with logistcal solutions for your group or event predicated on your budget and requests.

Manifest submission. Once you submit your manifest, we will upload to our system; assign vehicles, greeters, etc.; and create a Master Manifest that will be delivered to you with 48 hours.

Optimization. As updates come in, we will continue to optimize the Event Plan to stay within budget and the parameters for guest management.

Final billing. Once the event is completed we will deliver final charges/invoicing completed and delivered to you within 24 hours for groups up to 100 and 48 hours for 100+.
